 Fresh Kale // one large leaf (stalk can be removed)

Banana // one (very ripe)

Pineapple // 1 & 1/2 inch thick slice (de-skinned) 

Watercress // Handfull 

Fresh Ginger // to taste

Blend // with ice & orange Juice or Water

 

(for a creamier, protein filled, version use 1/3 C Greek Yogurt)
